The sessions are interesting, engaging and refreshed with new content. You also get hands-on practice with fire extinguishers which makes the training even more fun!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The recent fire safety training for children’s homes and care settings was highly engaging and informative. It provided a strong balance of both practical and theoretical learning, with opportunities to explore real-life scenarios relevant to the children we care for. The course was clearly grounded in evidence-based practice, alongside the Mike’s own professional firefighting experience, which added valuable insight. There was also plenty of space for discussion, allowing consideration of individual circumstances and challenges. Overall, a very worthwhile and impactful training experience—thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderfully detailed assisted evacuation chair training and very professional and patient in using our office environment to conduct the training. As the person myself who required the evacuation chair, I can confirm that no stone was left unturned in making sure everyone was confident to use it going forward. Mike also provided very useful information generally about how to ensure my safety and was happy to answer any questions, particularly around hybrid working and how to make sure we have trained people when I attend the office.
